Kate is a coach, accredited counsellor (MBACP Accred.) and supervisor. She is also a mindfulness practitioner. As a coach she has worked with clients from a range of backgrounds and life experiences  helping them to find passion, purpose and fulfilment in their work and life. She has also worked for several years in the Hospice movement as a counsellor working with adult patients and bereaved family members as well as running a community wide bereavement service for children, young people and their families.  

Kate trained with one of America’s leading career coaches and holds a PG Diploma and MSc in Counselling Psychology from Keele University. She has also been a meditator for many years and has trained in a number of modalities including Reiki and The Sedona Method.

Eating Mindfully, Living Mindfully integrates Buddhist influenced mindfulness approaches with cognitive behavioural skills and positive, insightful coaching to create and inspire change in your eating and your life. And let’s not forget a dollop of fun and a sense of humour combined with a practical, real world view of life.
